These are for use on our Discussion Board, or for any forum of your choice.  Your avatar must be no bigger than 100 pixels by 100 pixels in size. Just Right-Click the image and save it to your computer.  You then need to go to the Discussion Board and go to My Controls. Go to Personal Profile and then to Edit Avatar Settings.  You can then upload the image from your computer.
