Neela surfaces from under her blankets saying ‘That is the wankiest idea ever. You must me shell-shocked.’ Michael slides up beside her and tells her that it is the best idea he’s ever come up with. Neela explains it’s sweet, but not the best, and heads off to the shower to get ready for work. Michael continues to harass her for an answer and while in the EL, Neela finally gives in and asks if she will get to carry a bouquet. Michael grabs her in a sweet embrace and kisses her passionately while people look on.

Morris brings Abby up to speed on Glenda, a drunken school crossing guard that was brought in because of an oozing head lac. Abby has Haleh move her into an exam room. As the two walk, Morris sees Kerry talking to Dr. Clemente and Dr. Kovac in an exam room. Once they get to admit, Morris asks Frank what is going on. Frank replies that he suspects Weaver is kicking their butts. Sam interjects saying that if the two attendings don’t stop yapping at each other, Weaver would kick their butts right out of the hospital. Ray enters admit and asks which one was chief of the ER. Frank bets against ‘the nosebleed’ while Morris asks who ‘the nosebleed’ is. Abby states he misses just about everything. Pratt asks KJ where he was heading and when the young volunteer explains that one of the doctors sent him to pick up doughnuts, Pratt steals the money from KJ’s hand and tells him to head up to the lab with a urine sample. Jerry asks him to also pick up the level one rapid infuser from the surgical floor. KJ looks excited and heads out. Kerry announces that she is working in the ER that day, but to run all cases through Luka and Victor. Morris seems happy to hear that Kerry was staying, while she continues to tell everyone that the attendings will be running the board. Sam seems amused. Kerry waits while they decide who will go first, so she elects Clemente. Abby struggles with Glenda, while Chuny enters in to inform Haleh that one of her patients needs some Haldol. Abby tells her that she can handle Glenda, so Haleh leaves. Continuing to try and get an IV started on her patient, Abby doesn’t see Luka enter the exam room, and goes to help. Abby asks him how his meeting with Weaver went. He jokes that Kerry wanted to tell him how charming he is. Abby agrees distracted and goes to add something but catches Glenda’s flailing arm. Luka asks her if she thinks he’s charming, to which she tells him he is very charming. Luka continues to tell her the real reason, and that Kerry wanted to see him and Clemente get along better, set a good example and be more agreeable with each other. Abby states that was a lot to ask, while Luka asks her if she thinks he is agreeable. While Abby is trying to get the IV in she explains that he is very agreeable and goes to add something else but is cuffed upside the head by Glenda’s flailing hand. Gallant tells Frank that active duty servicemen can get married on the same day. Frank explains that sex is good now, but in twenty years Neela will be dragging Michael to the Moose Lodge for folk dancing and bingo. Morris praises Michael for finding ‘the one’ to share in his dreams and hold his hand in the dark. Passing by, Clemente mentions that Morris’ remark was a good one and to keep telling himself that. Jerry offers his services to Gallant and Neela by marrying them. It comes out that he is a universal life minister. Sam tells him that the couple wants something that is legal and Jerry tells her that it’s perfectly legal. Morris questions if they should call him ‘Reverend’. Jerry jokes seriously that he goes by ‘Father Superior’. Neela asks Abby to be her maid of honor. She tells Neela that normally she would say no because of the attire one would have to wear, but in this case it was because she felt Neela had lost her mind. Neela tells her friend that she loves Michael and they want to be together. She continues by telling her that all she wants is a little support. Abby hugs her and tells her that she wouldn’t miss it for the world and would definitely stand up for Neela. Dubenko asks for a minute with Pratt. He tells him that a digital camera was stolen from a storage room on the surgical floor. He suggests that KJ was the culprit and that they had the boy on surveillance. Shocked and in disbelief, Pratt tells him that he will talk to KJ about it. Paramedics bring in a high speed MVC victim, and while a medic is presenting to Neela, Michael takes the opportunity to talk to Neela about the arrangements he’s made. Frustrated, Neela tells him that she is working and they can talk about it later. Michael doesn’t listen and continues, saying that Jerry would be marrying them, but they could talk later. Neela repeats Jerry’s name in confusion, and asks her team if she heard right. Abby presents her cases to Luka while walking to admit. Discussing Glenda’s lab results, Luka seemingly agrees with Abby’s ordering of another CT. Clemente overhears and disagrees. Luka retracts and mentions that if the patient’s mental status changes or a neural focal exam was to show a need for another CT, to go ahead, but not until. Clemente agrees with his colleague, but Abby explains that her patient is drunk. Clemente explains that drunken people get sober. Standing beside Abby, Ray states the two attendings have been doing that to him all morning. Pratt confronts KJ about the stolen camera. KJ denies taking it, and explains why he took so long. Pratt seems not convinced and instructs him to wait in the waiting room for the boy’s father to arrive. Neela continues to work on her patient in trauma. Dubenko asks her where the reception will be and if she is registered. Neela looks at her team talking wedding stuff and keeps working. Frustrated, she finally tells everyone that she thinks they should all pay attention. Feeling a bit awkward, the team quiets and works on the patient.

Michael catches up with Neela and asks her if she can take off. She tells him that they don’t even know where they are getting married yet, but Michael seems impatient. Overwhelmed with the lack of knowing all the details, Neela tells Michael that they need to talk. Dubenko comes in behind them with the patient they were working on and tells Michael that he shouldn’t be seeing Neela on the ‘wedding day’. He tells Dubenko that they still had some plans to see through, but Dubenko tells Neela that she would be scrubbing in on the surgery. Before the elevator doors close, she tells Michael that they will talk later. Abby examines a young boy. She asks the mother if her son’s vaccinations are up to date, but the mother tells her that she doesn’t believe in vaccines. Abby tells her that her son’s oxygen levels are low, so she would like to get a chest x-ray. The mother tells her that she doesn’t want that either because of the radiation. Haleh interrupts to tell Abby that Glenda was waking up, and Abby tells her she will be right there. The mother asks for Abby to just administer the medication, and they make a deal that if the boy gets worse, he will get the x-ray. KJ’s father, Darnell tells Pratt that his son denied stealing the camera. Pratt explains that KJ most likely did steal the camera but won’t say anything because of the repercussions. Darnell tells him that he wants to talk to Dubenko and the security guard that claims to have gotten KJ on surveillance, but Pratt tries to sway him from doing so since the surgical floor wasn’t going to press charges. Darnell explains that KJ is his son and he just wants to talk to them. Abby and Haleh try to get Glenda up to a sitting position. Glenda asks her who she is and Abby tells her she is ‘Dr. Lockhart’. Abby tells her also to try sitting up on her own, but as Haleh and Abby let go, she flops back down. Abby states to Haleh that Glenda should be sobering up by now and asks Glenda to squeeze her hand, and open her eyes, but Glenda seems a little out of it still. Abby asks Glenda if she remembers who she is, but Glenda questions who she is again. Kerry and Clemente stand at the board, chatting about the patient load. Abby explains to Luka about Glenda and how disoriented she seems. She tells Luka that she wants that second CT. Clemente butts in asking why, and Abby goes into specifics. Clemente asks her if she is responding to commands, to which Abby answers yes. He tells her that if she is doing that then all they can do is observe and wait. Abby approaches Haleh, who seems to have heard what Clemente said. She tells the nurse to prep for a rescan. Haleh asks her if she’s sure, to which Abby states she is. Pratt catches up with Michael. He asks him if this was his idea of a bachelor party. Michael tells him that he’s not sure if things were going to happen and that Neela was giving off the impression that she was scared. It comes out that Michael ‘kind of’ asked Neela to marry him, rather than doing it the right way and proposing. Abby sits with the CT tech talking about music. Abby tries to call out to Glenda on the mic, but she gets no response. She tells the tech to stop the scan and rushes in to see why her patient didn’t answer. Luka and Clemente rush into the CT room while Abby prepares to shock Glenda. They both ask for the story and Abby responds ‘While you two were jerking each other off, she was bleeding into her head.’ Luka asks Clemente what he advised and he replies he told Abby the same thing Luka did. While Luka and Victor chat, Abby red lines Glenda to the OR. While Neela and Dubenko perform an operation on their patient, Michael comes into the viewing area. He tells her that while he was away, she gave him another place to be. He adds that all the wedding stuff had been too hasty and that it might have scared her. Michael proposes to Neela and asks her to marry him that day.

Ray, Morris, Sam and Weaver help Doris bring in an older man named Harry who had fallen through some ice while playing hockey. Ray sees Michael passing by and asks him what time the wedding is set. He tells Ray he isn’t sure. Michael asks Frank where Jerry is, and Frank tells him that he is changing into his ministers clothing. Frank tells Michael that the wedding better happen since they have a temp coming in to cover the desk. Neela interrupts saying that it is, and heads out with Michael to get the last minute details ironed out. Kerry and the team try to revive the frozen old man. Weaver makes her orders and Morris continually steps over her. Pratt questions the security guard that seemingly caught KJ stealing the camera. It comes to light that the guard never really saw him. Darnell wants to see the tape but the guard tells him they need the Chiefs approval. Dubenko explains the chief will return in an hour. Greg ponders aloud saying there is no chief, no tape and a guard that didn’t see KJ. Dubenko assures them both that they would get to the bottom of it all. The team continues to work on Harry while Mr. Spivisak tells them about an accident that happened when the two men were younger. He explains that he fell through some ice and it was his friend Harry that pulled him out. He urges them to do the best they can because now that the tables were turned, he wanted Harry to live. Ray announces that Harry is in V-tech and they pull the paddles out to shock him. Abby tends to Stewie, the little boy with pneumonia. The mother asks how much longer it would be and Abby explains that the pediatrician on call had been paged. The team keeps shocking Harry to save him. Morris tells Weaver that they won’t get a rhythm until Harry thaws out some more. Weaver orders lidocaine, but Morris interjects, stating that bertillium is more effective. Weaver is caught off guard and makes the order for the Morris’s suggestion. Abby follows both Clemente and Luka, and presents Stewie’s case. She more or less tells them what she is planning to do, leaving them no other choice but to agree. Dubenko tells Darnell and Pratt that the guard that reportedly saw KJ steal the camera, was lying. Dubenko apologizes to Darnell, however he tells Dubenko that he needs to be apologizing to KJ. Pratt, Darnell and KJ chat about the incident and talk the boy into staying on as a volunteer. Abby rolls into admit asking where everyone is. Maureen introduces herself as the temp. Abby eyes her oddly, and tells her she looks young. Maureen goes off rambling about having her mother’s cheekbones and her fathers chin. Luka approaches her asking her what she is doing, and she says she is looking for Ray to sign her charts off. Clemente comes in saying he will take them while Abby paws his hand away saying ‘Luka beat ya to it.’ Clemente notices the temp and makes his move. Abby continues to run her charts through with Luka. She tells him that she is really late for the wedding and asks him if he is coming. He tells her that there is a lot he has to catch up on and will catch up with her at the reception. Still working on Harry, Sam announces they have a sinus rhythm. Kerry makes her exit looking embarrassed. Morris looks over at Ray who tells him he did a good job. Luka rushes in while Clemente is intubating Stewie. While Sam, Clemente and Luka look over the x-rays, it comes to light that Stewie has PCP pneumonia, which is only prominent in HIV patients. Luka explains to Stewie’s mom what kind of sickness her son has, and asks her indirectly if they have been tested for HIV or AIDS. She goes off telling him that AIDS isn’t a disease, that what her son has is contributed to environmental issues. Stewie’s mom lets it be known that she has been diagnosed, and the Clemente pitches a fit. He voices that what she has done was wrong and she needs to have her head checked. Luka goes on to ask if she ever had Stewie tested and she shakes her head. Sam asks about her daughter who is sitting in a chair nearby.

Abby rushes out of the elevator and runs to the hospital chapel. Seems there is a memorial there instead of a wedding. Haleh emerges with flowers and tells her that the wedding is somewhere else. Luka leaves Stewie’s room and talks to Sam. She goes in and talks to the mother and she finally convinces her to get a test done. Everyone gathers at Baby Joons, and the wedding commences. Luka and Sam watch as Stewie gets moved to the PICU. Luka leaves for the reception but stops at admit. Clemente apologizes for his behavior with Mrs. Kinic. Luka tells him that Kerry had informed him that he was the new Chief of the ER and Clemente congratulates him, saying he is the best man for the job. He asks Clemente if he is going to the wedding reception, but he tells Luka that he would stick around admit and baby-sit the temp. Abby and Luka chat about his new position and make a toast. A drunken Morris and Kerry chat about work, and she tells him that she has a lot of respect for him. Neela and Michael make their exit and leave for Ray’s apartment. Luka gives Abby a ride home, and before she can get out, they start kissing. Michael and Neela race up to the EL platform and catch the train. Once inside, she comments that they are married and takes a seat. Michael sits down beside her and the train moves on. Luka and Abby fall into bed and she whispers that they shouldn’t be doing what they are doing. Luka flips her over and asks her what they are doing.
