"Welcome
Back Carter!"
Comes in to the ER
because she has a rash on her thighs. Dr, Greene tends to her and
learns that she is a prostitute trying to take care of her two kids.
"Summer Run" Comes back in for
more treatment. She tells them that being a prostitute is an
occupational hazard.
"And Baby Makes Two"
Comes back in after throwing her back out. She tells Lydia that she has a job
interview later that day and is going to miss it because she doesn't have
any nice clothes to wear. Lydia knows where she can get some clothes. They
sort through the clothes that they have stored where people have died. She
finds a nice outfit with Lydia's help and she goes to the interview.
She later returns to tell them that she got the receptionist job.
"Dead of Winter" Comes
in to the ER with her two kids, Jimmy and Anne. They are both sick and she
is concerned about some bleeding that she has been having. Mark takes a
look at her and runs some tests. Mark learns that Loretta has cervical
cancer, so he goes to try and find her, but is unable to find her place.
"The
Right Thing"
Loretta and the kids come back and
Mark has to tell her about her cervical cancer. She is concerned about
her kids.
"A Shift in the Night"
Comes in to the ER
with her son Jimmy, who only has a stomach virus.
"Fevers of Unknown Origin" Loretta comes in to the ER
and collapses from dehydration in Mark's arms. He goes to speak to her
oncologist, but he does not seem to care about her.
"Take These Broken Wings" Loretta and her two kids are
brought in to the E.R. She is having pains. Al and Lydia help look after
the kids. The kids video tape people around the E.R.
"John Carter, M.D." Loretta is back in the E.R. Mark
finds her sitting outside smoking a cigarette. She asks him to be the
guardian of her children if and when she dies. He has to turn her down.
