Season 6, Episode 116 "Greene With Envy" - Episode 120 "Humpty Dumpty"

Season 6
Kerry's medical school teacher and mentor.  Him and Mark clash after he tends to help himself to different people's patients.

He can't remember where he parked his car in Episode 118 "Truth & Consequences" and Kerry then realizes his condition.
Kerry and Mark are concerned about the patients and have to trick him in Episode 119 "The Peace of Wild Things".  We see him for the last time after having some test in Episode 120 "Humpty Dumpty".  He also helps out with his last patient before leaving the ER.
