Season 3 Episode 049 "Let The Games Begin" - Current (Recurring)

Moves from Southside in Episode 049 "Let The Games Begin" when it closes to become the new Chief of Staff, he is also a Surgeon.

Anspaugh is initially feared as being quite tough, although he is friends with Kerry.

His wife died a number of years ago, he has two children a son and daughter. His son Scott has Cancer (Lymphoma) and is brought into the ER a number of times.

Season 6
Dr Anspaugh gives up his job as Chief of Staff to concentrate on surgery and his daughter. His successor is Dr. Romano.

Operates with Peter on Carter after he is stabbed by a psychotic patient.

Season 8

Dr. Anspaugh returned in the episode "On the Beach" to attend Mark Greene's funeral.

Season 9

Dr. Anspaugh returned in the episode "Chaos Theory" to help a wounded Dr. Romano.
